In order to provide you with the home you desire, our team will guide you step by step, at your pace, through the building process, listening to your ideas, analysing your site, and modify your plans should you want changes, whilst working within your budget. It's important to us that you feel involved and in control of the total design and building process. The team at Davis Sanders Homes will help you make timely decisions about colours and materials and research special materials or construction techniques as required. We will take care of all council approvals, geo-technical surveys, engineer’s drawings and even landscaping if required. If you have any queries or concerns, even if you need to change your mind on something, a member of the team will be there to answer your questions and offer assistance. The final result will be a beautiful, well planned and comfortable home that reflects your personality and lifestyle... the home you expect and deserve.

Meet Lainey Alexander — Colour & Marketing Consultant at Davis Sanders.

With a Diploma of Interior Design and a background in property styling, Lainey works across client colour selections, interior design, marketing, and social media. She plays a key role in bringing both the Davis Sanders brand and client experience to life, helping clients create homes that reflect their style and vision.

From designing display homes and developing new floor plans to creating content and managing social media, Lainey brings a unique blend of design expertise and creativity to the team.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Lainey on the netball court or spending time with her partner Hayden, friends and family. If she’s not in the office, she’s probably out on site chasing content and convincing tradies to jump in front of the camera.📸🏐

Meet Gavan — New Home Sales Consultant and a valued part of the Davis Sanders team for the past 12 years.

With extensive industry knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people bring their dream homes to life, Gavan guides clients through the early stages of their building journey — helping make the process simple, enjoyable, and stress-free.

Known for his strong client relationships and ability to clearly explain every step of the process, Gavan has built a loyal, high-quality clientele over the years and remains an important part of the Davis Sanders team.

If you can’t find Gavan in the display homes or the office, there’s a very good chance you’ll find him on the golf course or down at the Albury Tigers footy ground. Where he is a proud life member and massive part of the club community.

Outside of work, Gavan enjoys following horse racing and spending time with his beautiful wife Kaye and their grandchildren.

Rosella Ridge unfolds with the land — revealing an entirely different presence from below.

From the street, the facade presents clean lines and a refined modern presence — but from the bottom of the hill, the scale, elevation and layered textures take on a completely new perspective. The steep hillside setting allowed the architecture to unfold with the landscape and create a different experience from every angle.
