Meet Carley, our Office Manager.

Carley is the face behind the scenes at Redefined, ensuring operations run seamlessly across administration, payroll and accounts, while also running all social media and growing the brand one post at a time.

As both a key part of the business and Jarrad’s wife, Carley provides executive support, keeping everything organised and communication flowing for the team and customers.

Out of the office: You’ll usually find Carley at the gym, at the river wakeboarding, and being Jarrad’s full time life coordinator.

Meet Andy, one of Redefined’s experienced plumbers.

Andy kicked off his plumbing career 15 years ago and has built extensive experience across a wide range of projects. Andy also spent time working in the UK, gaining valuable international plumbing experience and broadening his skill set.

What Andy enjoys most about working at Redefined is the strong team culture and the variety of work. He values the supportive leadership style and the lack of pressure on site, knowing help is always available when needed.

Off site: Andy is big into sport and can usually be found watching it, getting in the occasional surf, staying active, or spending time at the beach.

Sam started his plumbing journey in January 2018, beginning his apprenticeship and building strong industry experience over the years.

What Sam enjoys most about working at Redefined is the strong team culture, which makes work feel less like work. He appreciates the trust placed in the team to manage their work independently while maintaining high standards.

Meet the Director, Jarrad Korver

Jarrad started his journey in the plumbing industry in 2016 with a Certificate II in Plumbing Operations, completing one day a week of work experience.

Ten years later, his passion for the industry hasn’t changed. With an eye for detail and a perfectionist attitude towards his work, Jarrad strives to give every customer an experience they enjoy, with the quality they deserve.

His dream is to build a community, not only with customers, but also within the company, creating a professional and enjoyable work environment for everyone.
