Today we supplied and installed a new 20mm high-performance solar tempering valve in the ceiling void above the bathroom.

The existing valve was no longer operating correctly, affecting the delivery of safe tempered hot water throughout the home. We removed the faulty unit and fitted a new high-performance solar-rated tempering valve, ensuring the hot water temperature is properly regulated and compliant.

Another successful drainage job completed! We relocated under-floor drains to suit the customer’s requirements, which involved precise concrete cutting and excavation to access the existing pipework.

The old drainage was removed, new pipework installed to the correct falls, and the system was tested to ensure everything was flowing as it should before preparation for reinstatement.

🔥 Gas Leak Detection Completed

Attended a property today to investigate a suspected gas leak. After carrying out a full gas leak test and inspection, leaks were identified at both the oven connection and the stand pipe.

The faults were located using gas leak detection equipment, and the necessary repairs were completed to restore the gas installation to a safe condition. APA was also made aware of the leaking stand pipe to ensure the issue was managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.

The gas system was then retested and confirmed leak-free, providing the customer with peace of mind that their installation was safe and compliant.

Using our CCTV drain inspection equipment, we quickly located the cause of the blockage and cleared the line efficiently with minimal disruption to residents.
