🪠 Check walls in the bathroom and laundry for any buckling or bulging. Any sign of mildew can be a sign of hidden leaks

🪠 Turn on the taps and listen for any noises. If you hear a knocking sound, you may need to call a plumber to investigate further

🪠 Fill sinks with water & notice how quickly the drain runs and if you here any gurgling noises

🪠 Check the age of the hot water heater as a general rule the heater's lifespan is 10-15 years
