WE’RE HIRING | Estimating / Bid Manager
Pentacon Pty Ltd is on the hunt for a sharp, driven Estimating / Bid Manager to take ownership of our precontracts function across major infrastructure, mining, energy and resources projects nationwide.
This is not a back-office estimating role.
You’ll lead the full tender lifecycle - from opportunity assessment through to submission and handover - driving strategy, pricing, and commercial outcomes that directly impact project wins. You’ll mentor the estimating team, challenge methodologies, coordinate with operations and engineering, and ensure every bid stacks up commercially and operationally.
We’re looking for someone with strong onsite civil construction experience, solid estimating capability, and the leadership presence to lift performance across a team and influence stakeholders at every level. Brisbane-based
