Another deck and flyover underway for a repeat client in Slacks Creek. This project features a substantial 40m² deck running the full length of the rear of the home, designed to create a seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining space on the upper level.

Beneath the deck, we’re constructing a fully enclosed gun safe area, positioned on a new concrete slab. This setup not only ensures secure storage but also allows for a functional and usable space below, creating a second entertaining area at ground level.

The result will be a well-integrated, dual-level outdoor living solution that maximises both space and usability across the property.

Our Nathan project is progressing well. The external cladding has now been completed, and the internal plastering is finished following the rough-in and window installation stages.

Next on the agenda is waterproofing, followed by setting and sanding of the internal linings. Once these stages are finalised, we will move into the final phase of works, including the carpentry fix-out, cabinetry installation, tiling and painting.

We’ll continue to keep you updated as each milestone is reached and the project moves toward completion.

These two bathrooms, the laundry, and the separate WC have come up an absolute treat for our repeat clients over in Fig Tree Pocket.

The combination of custom cabinetry, premium fixtures, and the back-lit mirrors has added a genuinely unique and sophisticated touch to the entire project. Every space feels thoughtfully designed, highly functional, and perfectly tailored to the client’s style.

Our Yeerongpilly project has now advanced into its final internal stages, with a number of detailed finishes recently completed. Our skilled carpenters (Reece) have installed the heritage-style windows, along with colonial scotia, skirting boards, architraves, and elegant wainscot molding to the staircase, all carefully crafted to complement the character of the original home.

The mosaic floor tiling has also been completed in the bathroom and laundry, adding a timeless and refined touch to these spaces.

Next on the schedule are the flooring installation, painting works, and final external components including concrete and stormwater drainage. Once complete, this project will beautifully blend traditional detailing with modern functionality.

Topping slab completed at our Nathan project. This new slab has been structurally tied into the existing habitable slab using steel reinforcement and designed specifically to eliminate the step-up between the garage and main house. The design also ensures compliance with external surface drainage requirements, providing correct falls and effective water management.

Next on the schedule are wall framing and service rough-ins.

Our Slacks Creek project is wrapped up, and what a transformation it’s been. This build-under and renovation made full use of the existing structure while giving the home a modern, functional upgrade.

Upstairs, the original timber floors have been polished, paired with a new open-plan kitchen featuring white cabinetry, dark fittings, and a clean, modern layout. Fresh paint and natural light give the whole space a lift.

Downstairs, we’ve created a fully self-contained area with a new kitchenette, living space, and study nook, complete with durable epoxy flooring and a sharp new bathroom.

We recently handed over this stunning ground-floor office renovation for TR Group, completely transforming the space from the ground up. The project involved a full strip-out of the existing layout, followed by the installation of new ceilings and walls to create a fresh, modern environment.

The fit-out features disabled-compliant bathrooms, glass-partitioned offices and a meeting room, a welcoming reception and staff break room, as well as upgraded electrical and hydraulic services.

Finishing touches include epoxy resin flake flooring, a custom staircase, and sleek vinyl wall signage bringing together functionality and style in every detail. A massive thanks to the TR Group team for the collaboration. what a transformation!

The vision of this project was to create an open, functional, and light-filled extension and that’s exactly what we achieved. By re-pitching the roof line and exposing the trusses, we were able to bring height, character, and natural light into the space, while a complete revamp of the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry delivered a fresh, modern feel throughout.

The new extension flows seamlessly into the existing home, featuring light timber flooring, a contemporary kitchen with a porcelain benchtop, and bathrooms finished with large-format tiles and sleek, minimalist fixtures.
