The bathroom is one of the first spaces you're in each morning and one of the last at night.

Lighting that's too bright, too flat, or poorly placed makes it harder to relax and harder to start the day well. It's a small thing that has a disproportionate impact on how a home feels to live in.

Step inside this home in Melbourne’s East during construction.

The Control4 system has been planned and integrated from the start, with lighting, comfort, security and entertainment all considered early. Most of the electrical rough-in is now in place, setting the foundation for how the home will function effortlessly day to day.
