A site others couldn’t solve became the starting point for a home designed around one family’s lifestyle.

Our Special Projects Manager, Rob, worked through the site constraints, tree protection zones and irregular building envelope to create a design with great street appeal that meets the family’s brief.✅

Whilst this is a concept image, the project is now under construction. We can’t wait to share its progress with you.

We caught up with Rob, Special Project Manager @ Aspire Designer Homes, who explains at the Home Innovations Selection Centre building seminar why your realistic building budget should be part of the conversation from day one.

At Aspire Designer Homes, we believe in being upfront about the real cost to build. We’ll take the time to understand what matters to you, tailor your specifications and explain the costs before preparing a fixed-price contract.

No sugarcoating. No surprises. Just the clarity and confidence to take the next step towards building your dream home or investment property.

Custom design is in the details.

A true custom home is about more than just the floor plan. It's about bringing every detail together to reflect the client’s vision, lifestyle and personal style.

This beautiful coastal-inspired kitchen was carefully designed around the client’s brief and colour palette, creating a space that feels fresh, modern and effortlessly inviting.

We’re loving the soft curves of the island and feature rangehood, the clean lines and the sense of openness throughout. And for the ultimate entertainer, the adjoining butler’s pantry provides a seamless extension of the kitchen, complete with dishwasher, sink and plenty of practical storage.

A custom kitchen designed to look beautiful and work beautifully.

What do we love about this room?

The soaring void and high ceilings create a wonderful sense of space, while expansive windows fill the home with natural light and frame the garden beyond.

As evening falls, feature lighting adds warmth and ambience, creating a beautiful connection between the indoors and out.

Thoughtful design that brings light, space and the outdoors together.

We loved watching this stunning French Provincial home in Bentleigh East evolve from a concept into a home of timeless elegance and a distinctive presence on its suburban streetscape.

Beyond the front door, the attention to detail continues, with ornate finishes, warm tones and beautifully considered interiors creating a true sense of elevated living.

Classic, elegant and designed to stand the test of time.

Experience That Matters 🏡

Meet Matt and Anthony.

During the planning stages of a custom home, the experience these guys bring to the table is second to none.

They carefully review every plan to ensure structural considerations, finishes and final details have been captured before we progress to a fixed-price contract.

It’s about giving our clients confidence that *every aspect of their home has been considered before we even get to site.

Meet Garry, who’s at the helm of operations at Aspire Designer Homes.

We think his smile says it all. There’s nothing more satisfying than handing over the keys to a new home and seeing the excitement on our clients’ faces.

Every custom project represents months of design, planning and construction, and we take great pride in delivering a home that our clients can truly love.

For us, handover day is the reward of a collaboration between our clients and our team ... and a celebration of everyone’s hard work. 🔑🏡💜🤩
