Duffy Kitchen Joinery | Rather than ending the kitchen’s full-height joinery with a blank panel, we finished it in bespoke shelving and custom w**e racks.
It faces the dining table, tying the two spaces together.

Duffy Butler’s Pantry | For a growing family, the main kitchen needed backup.
A second sink, a second dishwasher and a coffee station with a plumbed-in machine, filtered prep tap and w**e fridge sit just behind the kitchen.
A space that’s well and truly its own.

Duffy Kitchen | Our third stage on this Duffy home, and the largest yet. Our clients’ brief was to extend the downstairs footprint to create a larger kitchen and living space for their growing family.
Designed for two keen cooks, the kitchen performs like a commercial one, with a Wolf 1200 mm gas cooktop, Unox Casa oven, custom Qasair rangehood, Liebherr Monolith fridge and freezer and two Miele dishwashers.
Drawing on an American influence, the stainless steel is balanced by George Fethers Remax Alpine Ash joinery and Dekton Marmorio benchtops and splashback, replicating natural travertine.
A large beam spanning the original house allowed us to remove the existing external wall and open and extend the space, while two skylights and a servery window connect the kitchen to the new deck.

THE TEAM BEHIND THE WIN 🏆

This one is about the people behind it.

We’re incredibly lucky to have a team who genuinely care about what they do — our designers, builders, carpenters, joiners, trades and everyone behind the scenes who puts so much into every NEWR project.

There are so many people involved in bringing a project of this scale together, and every person plays a part. The knowledge, craftsmanship, creativity, attention to detail and teamwork across our entire crew is what allows us to deliver homes we’re truly proud to put our name to.

Winning our 2026 Master Builders ACT Renovation/Extension Award is an amazing achievement, but being able to celebrate it together makes it even better.

A huge thank you to our entire team, our incredible trades and suppliers, and everyone who continues to support NEWR year after year. We couldn’t do what we do without you. 🤎

Six years. Seven wins. One incredible team. 🏆

Every project is a collaboration between our clients, designers, construction team, trades and suppliers, and this award is a reflection of the care, creativity and craftsmanship that goes into what we do.

A huge thank you to our wonderful clients for trusting us with their home, and to our entire team and trades for continuing to deliver such incredible work.

A seamless transition from walk-in wardrobe to ensuite 🤎

Rich timber joinery brings warmth and depth to the wardrobe, flowing through to the ensuite vanity and balanced by soft neutral tiles and brushed brass finishes.

Designed to feel connected, considered and effortless - with plenty of storage and a little bit of luxury in the everyday.

Two spaces, one cohesive design.

Where every beautiful space begins. ✨

Choosing finishes can be one of the most exciting parts of a renovation — but with so many options, it can also feel a little overwhelming.

Our designers are here to guide you through the process, helping you bring together cabinetry, benchtops, tiles, tapware, colours and textures to create a palette that feels cohesive and completely suited to your home.

From the first selections to the final details, we’ll help you bring your vision together.

Curves, wherever you want them.
Walls, ceilings, doorways or the smallest architectural detail - curves have a way of softening a space and creating something a little unexpected.
A simple detail that can completely change the way a space feels.
We’ll find a way to make it work.
