Twenty years ago, Justin and Mick started Air Extreme. Two brothers, one business, and a very long list of things they could have argued about.
Turns out, quite a few of them. 😄
Here’s the truth about working with family:
✔️ You can disagree loudly on Tuesday and still sit at the same table for Sunday lunch.
✔️ Nobody knows how to push your buttons like a sibling. Nobody has your back like one either.
✔️ You’ll never get the last word. They’ve been practising since childhood.
✔️ When it matters, you’re on the same side. Always.
Two decades on, Air Extreme has grown from two brothers into a team of 40+ locals who keep Hunter homes and businesses comfortable all year round. That doesn’t happen without trust, a decent sense of humour and a fair bit of give and take.
So to Justin and Mick: thanks for not quitting on each other, and for building something we’re all proud to be part of.
To our customers: thanks for trusting us for the past 20 years. You’re the reason we keep going.
