It’s the final push to get our Alva project completed ready for sale with

The team and trades are working hard on finishing up the inside; including final painting touch ups, joinery and fixtures as well as outside with the outdoor kitchen, pool and landscaping.

One of the other main custom timber feature arches are getting installed this week which is going to really set the tone of this coastal renovation.

Our Alva project is really starting to take shape.

With plaster up, you can now feel the scale of the raked ceiling and skylights with natural light flooding through the living space and down the hallway.

Outside Coastline Pools have been onsite building the Plungie pool, soon to connect seamlessly to a large entertaining deck and family-friendly backyard.

We’re also shaping one of the standout exterior features — a custom arch finished in Decowood.

It’s all coming together beautifully and will be perfect for a growing family who want to call Adamstown Heights home later this year.

Alva Project Update 🛠️

The pre-Christmas rush has been exactly that… full steam ahead.

We’ve continued prepping and re-framing the structure, while our trades have been hard at work getting everything ready for a big start when we’re back on deck in the new year.

Plus here’s your first glimpse of one of our signature features - An incredible raked ceiling, soon to be finished with custom lighting and skylights — designed to amplify the already open, light-filled kitchen and dining space.

Last week was a very special week for all of us here at Coastline. Many of you who know us, know this bloke!

For those of you who don’t know him his name is Matt aka and he has just completed his 10th year here with the coastline family.

It’s been an incredible ride and one that I cherish and take great pride in. I’ve been able to watch this bloke grow not only as a chippy but as a man.

I’ve been able to witness him meet and Marry the love of his life in Eden, purchase their first ever home, travel the world and bring their incredible son Murphy into this world.

Over the last 10 years, Coastline Builders has been lucky enough to win almost 20 Master builders awards and Matt has been apart of every single one of those projects.

He is a huge part of this company’s success, his passion and attention to detail when it comes to his craft is nothing short of incredible. He has always put his best foot forward for this team and our clients.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart mate. I look forward to many more years ahead as we continue to build dreams for our clients.

The Demolition Begins | Update Part 2

With a tight deadline to get the roof on and new structural changes in by Christmas, the race is on and the Coastline team is moving fast.

One of the biggest changes in this stage is the redesign of the stairwell, opening the entry into the living zones and allowing natural light to pour through with new skylights overhead.

It’s a complete shift in how the home will feel and look and we’re excited to bring it to life.
