Aspire Homes is looking for a new family member

Full time Employment – Monday til Friday 8:30 am -5pm
We are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join our family. Award winning Custom home Builder is growing.
The Successful applicant will be working with our friendly office team in a dynamic open plan setting.

Qualifications & Tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organisational skills
Some knowledge of construction terminology and processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An energetic personality with a positive can-do attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls
Provide Customer support and assistance
Monitor, generate and respond to daily emails
Work with Building Supervisors to organise trades & materials
Request and Approve Quotes
Liaise with Clients, Suppliers and Trades throughout the Council Approval Process
