Business Update

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share a quick update regarding my services.

• I now hold Public Liability Insurance
• I have my WWVP (Working With Vulnerable People) registration
• I am now able to accept DVA clients

I’m really excited to be able to expand my services and continue supporting more people in our community.

I also want to be transparent that, due to the rising cost of living, my hourly rate will now start from $70 per hour. Unfortunately with the ongoing increase in fuel prices, any jobs outside my local area (Glen Huon, Huonville, Franklin, Grove, Ranelagh) will also include a small fuel surcharge.

I truly appreciate everyone who has supported my business so far, and I look forward to continuing to help where I can.

11 months ago, I took the first step with Sclater’s Handyman Services, and I’m committed to working hard and dedicating as many hours as I can, with invaluable support from my family.

Currently, I’m facing a challenge with consistent work, so I’ve taken on a part-time job to help support the business. I want to assure you that I’m still fully committed. To manage both commitments, please note my updated availability:

All day Mondays and Saturdays
Anytime after 4:30 PM Tuesdays through Fridays
