What a team effort! 👏

Collective minds, collaboration and plenty of hard work coming together to get this project off the ground.

From 6m-deep piers and hidden concrete retaining walls to concealed services, basketball court set-outs, boundary works and, of course, getting the pool excavated and ready for the pour — there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes!

A massive thank you to the teams at Arkonik Concrete and King’s Gardens & Pools for helping make the process as seamless as possible. It really does take a great team to bring a project of this scale together.

Now, bring on stages 2, 3 and 4 of the concrete pours!

Getting so close to handover now! Showing off the chevron floors, living spaces and all those curves around the decking and pool.

Small changes, big impact.
That’s what we’re going for with this extension and renovation in Manifold Heights. We’ve teamed up with to open things up and create a more relaxed, open-plan living space, plus a new decking area to make the most of indoor-outdoor living.

Who says a staircase has to be boring?

This one used to be a dark corner, now it’s a light-filled feature you actually love walking past.Blackbutt stairs and railing with LED lighting, glass balustrade, feature lights, and a textured plaster wall to tie it all together.

Such a simple change, but it makes a huge difference. 💜💜
