For Dylan, civil construction isn't just a career it's what he genuinely enjoys.
With years of experience across civil construction, mining and infrastructure, he's built DNE on the belief that reputation is earned through hard work, consistency and delivering on your word.
He's the type of leader who enjoys being out on site, solving problems, building relationships with clients and finding better ways to deliver projects. While DNE has grown significantly over the years, Dylan's approach hasn't changed stay humble, keep learning, and never expect your team to do something you wouldn't do yourself.
Outside of work, Dylan is a proud father to three girls. They are a constant reminder of why creating opportunities matters. He's passionate about showing the next generation that success isn't determined by gender and that industries like civil construction have a place for anyone willing to work hard and back themselves.
His vision for DNE is simple: quality work, create meaningful careers, and leave a positive impact on every community the team works in.
