New Project Award

BKH Group are excited to be working with our valued client Built to deliver Stage 2 of the Liverpool Civic Place mixed-use precinct. The project involves construction of a large multi-storey basement and podium, proceeding into a 17-storey tower for the University of Wollongong, and a separate 7 storey residential co-living building. BKH Group will be undertaking the complete formwork requirements for the project inclusive of suspended decking, jumpform systems, perimeter climbing screens and material hoists. Works have commenced on site and we will be providing updates along the way.

By August 6, we successfully delivered 50,000sqm of formwork (horizontal & vertical) and poured over 15,800m³ of concrete, completing Levels 1–9 at an average of 1,500sqm per week as part Nepean Redevelopment Stage 2 – the NSW Government’s major expansion and upgrade of Nepean Hospital. This scope of works showcases the expertise of our site team, who delivered high-level slab construction and cantilevered structures with precision using advanced systems including Peri Rosett, BKH Systems, Ischebeck table systems and bespoke formwork elements. A huge credit goes to our dedicated site team for their outstanding ex*****on and consistent performance, working alongside our valued partners, CPB Contractors, to achieve excellent results on this project.

Precision in every zone.
At Harbourside, we’re using a mix of systems tailored to each area — Wexdek panelling with conventional methods on the podium slabs, PERI-UP Rosett and Pafilli frames for shoring, and PERI-UP again for edge protection.
It’s a great example of BKH’s systems expertise — selecting the right solution for each zone and sequencing works to keep the entire project moving efficiently.

The Chifley South Tower project in the heart of Sydney CBD is progressing on schedule, with efficiency and safety at the forefront of every stage. Spanning four basements and 39 levels, this landmark development is being delivered alongside our valued clients Built. Our in-house jumpform system is currently on Level 17. We’re combining innovative systems — including the Ischebeck Titan HV panel system for decks — with our scaffolding team’s perimeter access scaffold from ground to Level 7 on the western elevation, ensuring all trades can work safely and efficiently. Recent milestones include the installation of perimeter screens across Level 7 and the formwork hoist system on Level 10, enabling us to move equipment independently to the top decks without relying on tower cranes. BKH Group is proud to deliver smart systems, safer sites, and stronger results on this project.
