🔪 HOW DO I CUT SYNTHETIC TURF? 🌱

One of the most common questions I get when giving advice on synthetic turf installation is: “How do I cut it?”

My go-to tool is simple — a Stanley knife with a quality, razor-sharp blade. 🔪

👉 My biggest tip: wherever possible, cut from the backing of the turf, rather than through the pile. This helps give you a much cleaner, more accurate cut. ✂️

💥 USE GOOD BLADES!
A blunt or poor-quality blade can ruin a job quicker than anything. A sharp blade gives you a cleaner, quicker and much more efficient cut — especially when you're making those important joins and edges.

After 16+ years in the synthetic turf industry, these are the little things that make a BIG difference to the finished job. 💪🏼
