Exquisite Excavations is looking for a qualified and experienced Leading Hand to step into a key role within our crew. We want a strong leader on site who can manage workflow, support crew members, and deliver quality excavation work across a range of residential and commercial projects.
As a Leading Hand, you’ll be responsible for guiding teams, planning day-to-day operations, and ensuring every job is done safely, on schedule, and to a standard we’re proud of.
