Our client thought they had spare tiles to complete the job on site...turns out they didn't! After no help from the original builder and not being able to find the tile specs, down the yellow brick road we go to track down the closest Granite tile match 🔍🕵‍♂️

Thanks to Vince and the lovely team who were super helpful and referred me to where I am being looked after by Jean Louis and Mario.

Not only are our clients (tenant & owner) unbelievably grateful we solved a 20+ year leak, they are also going to be financially rewarded, as the cause of the leak has now been determined and is not the fault of their own property.

Story time:

You wouldn't believe it, but our client has actually replaced their kitchen twice, as well as 50m2 of carpet and floating floor in the living space due to this leak!

The source could never be identified, but with the help of Gemini's leak detection equipment in the form of Thermal Imaging Cameras and moisture readers, we were able to trace the leak to an unsuspecting source.

The apartment above our clients, air-conditioner condensate pipe (the pipe that funnels water away from the unit) was open ended and feeding into our clients kitchen and living space through the ceiling and down the walls.

This was a massive win, with a 24year old problem now solved!
