We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our customer service excellence and ensure smooth coordination of services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations for service requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and field service technicians.
- Manage schedules and dispatch teams to service appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to resolve issues.
- Track service performance metrics and maintain accurate records in our system.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and send customer service reports and updates.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support service operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role (2+ years preferred).
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AroFlo and Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
