Getting a home approved as Specialist Disability Accommodation isn't just about good design, it comes down to two mandatory certificates from an independent SDA Assessor.

Miss either one and the dwelling can't be enrolled with the NDIA.
We're currently working as Accredited SDA Assessor on a project in Fairfield East, and it's a good reminder of why getting your assessor involved early (not just at the finish line) saves time, money and headaches down the track.
