At this year’s Recognition of Service celebration, we welcomed another group into the five-year club and recognised five teammates who have now been part of NRG for an incredible 10 years.
From apprentices who've grown into leadership roles to those who've helped build new parts of the business, there are plenty of paths and personalities behind these milestones.
Celebrating 5 years:
Thomas Maguire, Conrad van Rooyen, Jerry O’Sullivan, Nathan Beci, Alex Knorre, Chris Martin, Tim Carpenter, Mitchell Davis, Ryan C***s, David Wardle, Lachie Stepson and Mitchell Freiberg.
Celebrating 10 years:
April Jesse, Ben Tuesley, Jackson Green, Nick Ryals and Tim Doveton.
During the evening, April was asked what she hopes never changes about NRG. Her answer was simple: the culture, the relationships and the feeling of still being a close team.
We reckon that's something worth celebrating! 🥂
A big thanks to Ben Ross Music. for the tunes, Graze Co for keeping everyone fed, a little magic from Mike Tyler Magic, Epic Event Hire for our giant NRG letters and Ipswich Party Hire for the marquee setup.
And a special thanks to Dan and Jenna for hosting us at their home again this year.
