Best advice on the tools?
dont go cheap on anything that separates you and the ground. Buy good shoes and don’t be cheap on ladders

How long have you been with ESC?
4 years.

What’s your role at ESC?
Apprentice.

What do you enjoy most about working at ESC?
A mixture of things. Firstly, working with a good bunch of boys who all take pride in their work is always going to be a highlight. It makes work fun. Lastly, the range of work we do is another aspect that will help me in the future. Not being stuck on the same thing each day is something I really enjoy, whether it’s high-end fit-offs, quick rough-ins or undergrounds.

Early starts or late finishes?
Early starts, early finishes.

Favourite footy team?
North Melbourne and Rupertswood.

Coffee order?
Small long black.
