This villa is a sophisticated sanctuary.

Resting on a foundation of dark-toned wood and bronze, it exudes a sense of unparalleled luxury. Natural stone and light oak elements effortlessly introduce a touch of light, warmth, and timelessness to the space, creating a perfect balance between comfort and opulence. 🏡✨

This stunning architectural masterpiece flawlessly blends the richness of dark tones with the natural beauty of lighter elements, crafting an environment that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. A place to truly feel at home.

Transforming a single family home into two distinct residences.

This project reimagines the original structure into two independent apartments, placing the bright living spaces and kitchens on the ground level, with private bedrooms nested above.

We turned the central corridor into an asset by integrating custom built in cabinetry balancing high capacity utility with a warm, minimalist aesthetic.

When designing the shared areas, our goal was to make every square meter feel deliberate. Crafting
this common circulation space was a highlight for us.

More views of this transformation are coming soon—stay tuned! 🏡✨
