Sometimes we need to fix other “Landscapers” mistakes LOL!
The base is so important when it comes to any hardscape installation. The contractor that installed this before us figured that sand on mud would be the correct solution. Which obviously began to sink and grow weeds after installation.
We fixed this up with a 8inch - 3/4inch washed stone base and a 1inch bedding layer of 1/4inch chip stone all over commerical grade geotextile fabric then reinstalled the old pavers and pressure washed it back to life!
Cheap contractors will make clients pay twice. 👎🏻 💰
… make sure you do your research before you hire and get it done right the first time 😎👌🏻
