Hiring: Solar Project Coordination and Quotation Specialist
Location: Nova Scotia

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily coordination, scheduling, quotation support, and progress follow-up for solar PV, solar energy, and energy storage projects, including but not limited to:
Coordinate work schedules for electricians, installation teams, and related contractors to ensure smooth project progress;
Follow up on the progress of multiple projects, including installation, inspections, missing materials, corrections, and follow-up items;
Communicate with utility companies, government departments, and related permit / inspection processes to help move project approvals and inspections forward;
Coordinate inspection schedules with inspectors, electricians, and installation teams, and follow up on rough-in / final inspection confirmations, photo submissions, inspection results, and related communication;
Handle same-day inspection coordination issues in a timely manner to ensure clear communication between inspectors, electricians, installation teams, and the internal team;
Maintain communication with customers, internal teams, electricians, and installation teams, and provide timely updates on project status and pending items;
Assist with organizing project photos, documents, forms, and system upload materials;
Assist with reviewing project designs, construction drawings, and site conditions, and follow up on design differences, site issues, or additional work requirements discovered during installation;
Organize project change information and additional quotation details, and assist with preparing quotes, material information, and project documents;
Coordinate with customers, internal teams, electricians, and installation teams to confirm project changes, additional work requirements, and follow-up solutions.
Requirements:
Strong communication, coordination, time management skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
Able to follow up on multiple projects at the same time and handle details at different project stages;
Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to handle English emails, forms, and project-related information;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to proactively follow up on pending items;
Experience in solar PV, solar energy, energy storage, electrical work, construction, engineering coordination, project coordination, or office operations is preferred;
Familiarity with Nova Scotia project processes, utility company procedures, or permit / inspection processes is preferred;
Since some inspections and site communications are usually scheduled in the morning, the candidate must be able to accommodate project inspection times and handle related coordination in a timely manner;
Able to adapt to project coordination work in Nova Scotia.
