After more than 25 years of partnering together, a repeat customer once again trusted ProPart Modular to support their manufacturing expansion. The project required a new 44' x 28' cleanroom along with a 28' x 16' storage mezzanine above.

Together, we worked with the engineering and planning teams to deliver a new ISO Class 7 cleanroom and storage mezzanine above, adding the space they needed.

This was done while keeping day-to-day operations running with minimal disruption. It's another example of how modular construction helps manufacturers increase output while minimizing downtime.

For this project, ProPart Modular designed, fabricated, and installed a 10' x 50' outdoor modular mezzanine using galvanized steel. Quality products allow for long-term durability and provide corrosion resistance to combat the Canadian elements.

The mezzanine included stainless steel anchors and hardware, and was delivered as a turnkey solution that will serve our customer's operation for years to come.

Showing off every angle of this prefabricated building as it's loaded for delivery to our client.

This communications shelter was designed and fabricated in our Burlington facility. The 10' × 14' steel-framed building was fully equipped with electrical systems and integrated with the client's equipment before shipping. When it gets to the site it's fully ready for installation and use.

It's another project that shows how prefabricated buildings deliver turnkey solutions.

Our client was looking for a quiet and climate controlled office for testing. They wanted to avoid disrupting existing production and taking away from the existing manufacturing space.

ProPart Modular provided a solution for a custom office on their existing mezzanine using the System 48™ modular wall system. Using an existing mezzanine allowed them to gain dedicated workspace while keeping the production floor free for manufacturing.
