This client needed a new washer dryer unit installed. The space was tight and was not likely to fit the unit she desired. With the installation of a washer box and a barn door we got that little extra space we need to make it all work. It was a tight fit, but it was the Right Fit for this project.

I really like to tile selection made by this client. With a bathtub and a shower in this ensuite there was a chance it may have felt tight if the right design choices were not made. Sometimes we must provide some guidance to avoid this and other times the client understands the assignment and makes the correct call. This was the Right Fit for this project. More pics to follow.

Another basement bites the dust. Some simple finishes and quality craftsmanship transformed this unfinished basement into a multi-functional space for them and their young family. With a 3 pc bathroom designed and roughed in they got the space they needed now and saved the more costly bathroom for later.

Some major changes to this bathroom. Flipped the vanity to the opposite wall so the client could get the free-standing tub they desired. After taking that space pod of a shower unit out we had lots of room to extend the shower and add a bench. Got rid of that unsightly bidet and installed a heated state of the art unit on the new toilet. With the bidet gone was installed a full-size double vanity. Add the cherry on top with the heated towel bar and heated floors and this reno was the Right Fit for this dated ensuite.

Remember that great baker I told you about. Here is where the magic happens. But first a little Right Fit Magic had to happen. By removing a load bearing wall and installing a pocket beam we gave ourselves a beautiful blank canvas to design this project. New cabinetry and counter tops, a large island, built in stove, and oversized sink this kitchen had it all. Did we mention the walk-in pantry behind the fridge wall with a sliding door to the dining room? I'm telling you, you would not want to leave.

This guest room had so much space, not to mention its own 2pc ensuite. By extending the bathroom a few feet we made it a cozy 3pc. We then smoothened the ceilings, changed the floors and baseboards, then topped it all off with a fresh coat of paint. Add some tasteful decor and some amazing baked goods and your guest may never leave.

This sunken Great Room was very dated. Previously cabinetry was used to divide the kitchen from the great room. We removed the cabinetry, replaced it with glass to allow all the light from the backyard to pour through the great room and into the kitchen. We gave the fireplace a facelift with some fresh paint and added some custom shelving and lighting on either side. Fresh paint, floors and trim and it’s a much more inviting space.

The original owner had a bathtub installed in the master bedroom with a beautiful skylight above. Worked for them but not the Right Fit for this current homeowner. Amongst several changes to this house, the tub was removed, a fresh coat of paint, some new pot lights and flooring and transforms this space into a peaceful reading area under natural light which can now be adjusted by a mechanical blind.
