A leak doesn't wait for a convenient time, and neither should the fix.
This one came in as a roof leak that could've turned into ceiling damage or worse if it sat much longer. Ardit's crew found the source and had it repaired within days — not weeks of scheduling back-and-forth.

Nine times out of ten, that's attic rain, not a roof leak. Warm, moist air from inside your house rises into a poorly ventilated attic, hits cold roof sheathing, and frosts up. When temperatures swing (hello, chinooks), that frost melts all at once and drips through your ceiling like a leak, except there's no hole in your roof to find.
Fix is usually ventilation, air sealing, and insulation, not a new roof. Free attic assessment if you're not sure which one you're dealing with.

Flashing, fastening, ventilation, none of it's visible once the roof's done, but it's exactly what decides whether you're calling us again in 5 years or in 20.

First one: how do you know if you need a repair or a full replacement?
Three signs I actually look for: Shingles are curling, cracking, or losing granules across large sections (not just one spot), You're past the 15–25 year mark for asphalt shingles, Repairs are becoming more frequent, not less, that's usually the roof telling you it's done patching
If it's one bad spot from a storm, that's a repair. If it's the whole roof aging out at once, that's a replacement conversation. I'll tell you which one it is, for free, before you spend anything.

Bought an older home. Called Fratello to look at the roof. Expected to hear "you need a full replacement" that's usually the safe answer for a contractor to give.
Instead, Ardit walked the roof, told the homeowner what actually needed fixing, and what could wait. That's the whole philosophy here: we make money doing the work that's actually needed, not the work that pads an invoice.
If a quote ever feels like it's missing an explanation, ask. You should always know exactly why something's being recommended.
