Today weโre celebrating Ken Lazette, whoโs retiring after 31 years with us.
Ken started as a sweeper on the shop floor. Over three decades he worked his way through nearly every position in production, finishing his career as lead hand stairside. Thatโs not a career you can summarize in a sentence, itโs a lifetime of showing up, learning the work, and becoming someone the whole team could count on.
Thirty-one years in one place says everything about the kind of person Ken is.
This company watched him grow through all of it, the ups, the downs, the everyday work that adds up to something bigger. Heโs accomplished so much here, and now heโs chasing a dream of his own, opening an ice cream shop. We love that heโs thinking big, and weโre behind him all the way.
Thank you for everything, Kenny! For the work, the years, and the standard you set for everyone around you. Enjoy every minute of what comes next, youโve earned it.
