115 UNIVERSITY – PROGRESS UPDATE 🔥

Big progress happening on this one.

Drywall is up, taped, and coming together clean 👌
You can really start to see the layout take shape now — from open framing to defined spaces.

This project has been all about precision and coordination, and it’s coming together exactly how it should.

Shoutout to Obee Electric ⚡ for handling the electrical and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes — solid work as always. Huge progress this week with Kitchen Appeal | Custom Cabinetry starting the kitchen installation.

We’re getting closer to the finish and it’s going to be a major transformation.

From the ground up in Dunchurch 🔨🏡

Big things happening up north! We’re proud to be building this custom cottage from the ground up in Dunchurch — bringing this vision to life every step of the way.

Fine Line Structures is working alongside for this build. From excavation to framing, concrete slab work, and all the underground electrical and plumbing, this project is all about doing it right from day one.

Plumbing by 🚿 — keeping everything flowing the way it should.

We’ve moved past tear-out and are now dialing in the structure—focusing on layout precision, framing, and setting the foundation for a clean, functional design.
