A premier provider of automotive, residential and commercial glass replacement and repairs. High quality home renovations, window and door replacement.

In October 1992, R&S Glass Shop opened for business in Prescott providing auto glass services to auto dealers, local customers and the insurance industry. 1994, R&S Glass shop expanded to it's current location in Kemptville. This allowed for the addition of a full line of auto accessories and trailers.

2002 saw the sale of R&S Glass shop in Prescott to allow for a full service shop in Winchester. In 2004, R&S Glass shop, Kemptville Division, branched out to allow for home renovations in addition to window and door replacements.

2011, R&S Glass has officially changed it's name to krisalis Inc. and is still owned and operated by Rob McNamara.

Noticing fog between your window panes? It might be more than just condensation💧

When the seal on your thermo unit fails, moisture can become trapped between the panes, leaving your windows looking cloudy. The good news is that you may only need to replace the thermo unit, not the entire window.

Have questions about your windows? We‘d be happy to take a look!

Cooler weather makes drafts a lot easier to notice🍂

If you feel cold air around your front door, check the weatherstripping first. Look for cracks, gaps or spots where it’s flattened out. A worn seal is an easy fix, and it keeps the heat in and the cold out.

If the door itself is warped, sticking, or still drafty after that, it might be time for a replacement🚪

Not sure? Give us a call at 613-258-5222 and we’ll help you figure it out
