If your heat pump has started making more noise lately, you're not alone. The good news is, it's usually something we can fix! In this video, our sales consultant breaks down the most common reasons:

🌀 Dirty filters: Skipping maintenance and letting filters get clogged is one of the biggest culprits behind a noisier indoor unit.
🔧 Wear and tear: A broken fan or a part needing repair can also be the cause. This is where a service call comes in handy.
❄️ Defrost cycles: During defrost, the indoor unit naturally expands and contracts as refrigerant temperature changes, which can cause a bit of sound. Totally normal!
