From Dated Stucco to Architectural Statement!

The Before:

Weathered, cracked stucco and outdated finishes left this exterior looking tired, flat, and dated. It lacked character, curb appeal, and modern warmth.

The After:

A sleek, contemporary transformation driven by mixed-material design. We replaced the worn stucco with thermo-poplar wood cladding from WoodPlank paired with sharp, MACMetalArchitechture dark metal accents.

Siding renovations on a large job isn't just about ripping of the old stuff. This Phase is about preparing for a safe, and solid install.

This phase has 2 BIG priorities:

Site Safety: demolition can mean falling debris risks. Secure staging, appropriate lifts, and construction fencing, and full PPE keep the crew safe.

Substrate Inspection: Once the old cladding is off, we inspect the sheathing, framing, and flashings for hidden rot or moisture damage. Never cover up structural issues.

Inspect every foot, do it right, and build to last.
