Steven Blair Contracting had the privilege of greeting Dryden's Carter Armstrong as he made his way back to Dryden this morning. Carter has been running from Vancouver to Dryden to raise awareness for Men's Mental Health.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, an important opportunity to recognize the unique challenges many men face, especially in industries where hard work, resilience, and self-reliance are often seen as essential qualities.

In many male-dominated workplaces, there can be an unspoken expectation to "tough it out" or keep personal struggles private.

Talking about mental health is not a sign of weakness—it is a sign of strength, self-awareness, and courage.

Carter may be finishing up his run today, but let's not let this be the end of the conversations about this important topic!
