Replacing Your Windows? Save These 7 Questions.

Before signing a window replacement contract, ask:

Is this window ENERGY STAR® certified?
Is double or triple pane better for my particular home?
What type of Low-E glass is being recommended and why?
How will the space around the new window be insulated and air sealed?
What warranties apply to the glass, frame, hardware and installation?
Who will actually be installing my windows?
What happens if I have a service issue after installation?

And here's an eighth question we think is just as important:

“Why are you recommending this particular window for my home?”

You should get a real answer.
