KelTec Design & Drafting is a partnership of Kelowna based technologists, Deb Taylor and Craig Milton. Together we have nearly 30 years of experience in the architectural industry. In that time we have been involved in a broad range of sectors from single family residential to high-rise office towers. We have been engaged in all aspects of project delivery from the first moments of project develop

ment through contract administration. Contracting out technical support allows you to save money on office overhead and avoid having to make a long term staffing commitment. The contract is based on the scope of the work as required and becomes very cost effective. We have successfully worked remotely on projects throughout western Canada and Washington State. We promise diligence in meeting each deadline, consistency in communications, plus a high degree of responsibility, discretion and confidentiality throughout the project. At KelTec Design & Drafting we hope to contribute to structures which the communities they occupy will find worthy of preserving.
