Happy to announce that our roofing scope at City & Laurel is now 90% complete.

This project features a light-coloured roofing system designed to help reflect more sunlight and reduce heat absorption. By keeping the roof surface cooler, it can help improve overall building efficiency and maintain more comfortable indoor temperatures during the warmer summer months.

Scope of Work:

Level 29 – Inverted roof system
Level 27 – Conventional roof system on concrete structure
Levels 3 – Inverted roof system with pavers finishing.
Level 1 - 2ply SBS waterproofing
Levels 3, 2 & 1 – Paver installation
All remaining balconies – Pedestrian liquid waterproofing coating
Parking Levels P1–P5 – Sikalastic traffic coating system
