A look back at a new-build mechanical facility we completed by Elgin Mills; a project that speaks directly to the scale and complexity we are built to handle.

From the exterior, the building presents as a large industrial facility with multiple overhead doors, a wide service yard, and a clean precast/concrete façade.

Inside, the scope becomes even more clear: high-bay warehouse space, structural steel, mezzanine areas, large open floor plates, ductwork, service corridors, mechanical rooms, and multiple service access points designed for real operational use.

The season of golf is upon us! Our team was proud to attend and sponsor two recent tournaments with the GTAA and CAWIC associations.

From our booth setups to the contest hole and chips & dips sponsorships, we had a great time connecting with industry partners, clients, and friends while supporting two amazing associations.

Thumbs up! Good crews make tough days look easy.

Excavation day kicks off on this Warehouse Restoration + Loading Dock Expansion project in Brampton.

This phase is all about preparing the site for what comes next — removing the existing asphalt, breaking down hard surfaces, clearing debris, and opening up the area for the future loading dock expansion.

With heavy equipment on site, including excavation machinery and compact loaders, the team is carefully working through the existing paved area while keeping the site organized, fenced, and controlled.

This finished project is a powerful example of how the right refurbishment can restore value to a space.

The suite started in a condition that was difficult to imagine as modern, functional, or market-ready. It was heavily distressed, dated, and in need of a complete reset. We took that and transformed it into a bright, clean, contemporary condo suite that now feels open, usable, and ready for occupancy.

Every major visual element was elevated: new flooring, fresh walls, updated lighting, a modern kitchen, clean cabinetry, stone-look surfaces, stainless steel appliances, matte black hardware, and a renewed bathroom with matching finishes.

For property owners, managers, and condo stakeholders, this kind of transformation is about more than aesthetics. It is about bringing an asset back to life, improving usability, restoring confidence, and creating a space that people can actually see themselves living in.

Our experience in occupied and active environments is key to making projects like this successful. We understand that the work has to be completed with care, coordination, and respect for the building around it.

This year we took SmilesForMiles to for our very first charity track day. And for 2026, we kept it intimate — a private, invite-only event for the clients, partners, and friends who make this community what it is.

From parade laps to full-throttle sessions, every kilometre was driven for one cause close to our hearts: Foundation. Hosted by & , the day brought together incredible machines, even better company, and a shared purpose bigger than any of us.

To every driver, sponsor, vendor, and guest who joined us — thank you. You turned a day at the track into something truly meaningful. And, as always, in loving memory of Joe Crupi.

These washroom and mechanical buildings join two utilitarian programmes under one sculptural roof.

A folded shed form that cantilevers out to shelter a covered breezeway between the volumes. Dark iron-spot brick anchors the public-facing side. Standing seam metal panels handle the mechanical wing. A vertical slat screen softens the edge where the two meet.

Civic infrastructure, designed with the same rigour as anything else we build.

From a co-op student to a full-time Site Supervisor, he’s our only employee that can do a backflip.

He’s completed his Construction Management program at George Brown College and is returning with even more hands-on experience to help keep our sites organized, safe, and moving forward.
