The 2026 blade season is approaching, and from April 2026 we’re looking for experienced Rotor Blade Technicians to join our team across Europe.

We’re looking for people with proven field experience, a strong work ethic, and the mindset to work safely and professionally across Europe.

At Buss Blade Services, you won’t be just another name on a technician list.

🚨 Wind Turbine Electricians wanted — Main Component Exchange (MCE) team ⚡️🏗️

Start: March 2026 | Central & Northern Europe | German contract

We’re building a specialized Main Component Exchange team working with the Liftra SHC crane — and we’re looking for experienced WTG electricians who know what it takes to deliver safe, high-quality component swaps in the field.

What you bring
✅ Electrical qualification / apprenticeship
✅ Proven experience on Vestas and/or Nordex WTGs desirable
✅ Hands-on experience with main component replacement
✅ EU passport (required)
✅ Good English skills (working language)
✅ Ready for rotation: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
✅ Comfortable working across Central & Northern Europe
