Childhood needs its own universe.

In Casa Rodri, that meant one room where hot air balloons drift across the walls, a elephant that earns its place the way good design always does, and a floor that belongs to whoever is playing on it.

Casa Rodri. The Baby’s Room.

The kitchen is where everything happens.

We knew that before we drew a single line. In Casa Rodri, cooking and eating share the same surface, the same air. No boundary between the two.

Welcome to Casa Rodri.

The home of Sofía Oliva, founder of the studio. When her son was born, everything changed. In this project she was not only an architect, but also a wife and a mother, designing from within a life that was already shifting.

Without doubt, the most personal project of the studio.

Thank you

Bienvenidos a Casa Rodri.

Gracias

Nine bathrooms. Nine atmospheres. Nine different ways of understanding intimacy.

1. Sitges. Seamless microcement. Soft light. Silence held by the space itself.
2. Sitges. A freestanding bathtub facing the garden.
3. Crisol. Marble, sculpted. Dark stucco, floor to ceiling. A striped mosaic beneath it all.
4. Arsis. A diamond-pattern floor introducing rhythm beneath a restrained palette.
5. Tándem. Viola marble carved into two freestanding vanities, beneath a classical cornice.
6. Núñez de Balboa. Travertine and oak in quiet balance.
7. Áurea. Green stucco walls, fluted glass, and a Viola stone sink that anchors the room.
8. Ópalo. Botanical illustrations by reflected through oval mirrors above black marble.
9. Alcalá II. Calacatta marble rising uninterrupted from floor to ceiling.

Every kitchen holds a different kind of time. The slow morning, the dinner that runs late, the conversation that happens standing up.

In Atria, we designed a kitchen that knows all of them. A geometric marble floor that gives the room its own rhythm. Rojo Alicante running counter to counter, warm and uncompromising. An island that invites you to stay a little longer than you planned.

A kitchen worth cooking in. And worth never leaving.

Welcome to Atria.

Between El Retiro and the Prado. A classic building that had been making decisions for decades before we arrived. Load-bearing walls, three-metre ceilings, an ornamental cornice running through every room.

We chose to listen to it. The ceiling grid redraws its original geometry in a contemporary key, with perimeter light that traces what was always there.

The building spoke first. We answered.

Now for sale.

Skirting boards. Bespoke bathroom joinery. Ceiling details. The carpenters are on site, and the end is close enough to feel.

Núñez de Balboa. Final stretch.
