‘The Ballyclare’ house. A Georgian style inspired take on the traditional chalet bungalow arrangement. A narrow site, planning height restrictions and a few other design brief competing factors hasn’t stopped this one from turning out brilliantly.

A few more drawings to pull together and off to the planning department it goes. Here’s hoping they like the design as much as the clients.

Whilst we may have been quiet on social media over this last few weeks (just been so busy with projects), the guys down at the certainly haven’t been sitting back.

This project is flying along and is moving into the final stages, with externals now being decided, internal fitout works commencing and interior design elements coming together brilliantly.

This project is sure to be a show stopper once complete. Here’s to a summer completion.

An early Saturday morning putting the finishing touches on an exciting new extension project.

A vernacular storey and half existing dwelling with a contemporary and contrasting rear extension picking up on the site views. A complete transformation of internal arrangement and external aesthetic.

Not all exciting projects are new builds. Very often more challenging in terms of layout, constraints and budget. This one is definitely shaping up to be a great project.

When are your clients, you know no two jobs are ever the same. One site visit and two very different projects. Thankful to be involved in some varying projects with clients who really know how to push the boundaries.

Our Bushmills project is starting to take shape. The client’s and builders on this one are doing a brilliant job of bringing this one out of the ground and sticking to the brief. The photographs on this post show the difference (or lack off; which is great) between the visual renders presented to the clients at design stage versus the actual physical structure on site.

Looking forward to seeing this one completed. Here’s to many more cracking projects.
