We have experience in managing pro
jects from £1k - £2m for various clients such as Shell, BP, ESSO, Texaco, Morrison’s, Sainsbury's, Morrison's, Brookfield's and Tesco. These works could involve small works on a live retail premises such as the raising of a manhole cover to the complete knock down and rebuild of a large petrol station. Some of these projects would have been traditionally built and others steel framed buildings or modular. Our onsite and offsite managers/supervisors are all fully capable with plenty of experience liaising directly with the local authority, Petroleum officers, environmental officers, building control, planning departments, architects, Clarke of works, QS, direct to client sub-contractors, and with the client if required. We currently have £10m worth or employers liability insurance and £5m worth of public liability insurance, but this can be increased to £10m on a contract by contract or client request basis.
