Another project nearly complete.

This project has completely transformed the original garage, creating a new second storey bedroom with ensuite, along with a full garage conversion below, giving the property a huge amount of additional living space.

The new first floor extension has been finished externally in Cedral Chalk White cladding, while internally the new bedroom and converted garage have been fully plastered and decorated ready for the flooring.

The ensuite has come together really well, with marble effect wall panels, matching flooring, a feature vanity unit and brushed gold fittings throughout.

We’re now just waiting for the shower screen and carpets to go in before the project is fully completed and ready to hand over.

A great transformation and a massive improvement to the space.

Another showroom fit-out completed for RGB Building Supplies.

We’ve recently completed the installation of two kitchen displays, bespoke shelving and a full wardrobe cupboard setup for the RGB showroom.

From assembling the kitchen units and appliances to fitting the detailed shelving and storage displays, everything has been installed, levelled and finished ready for customers to view.

A great selection of displays that really showcase what can be achieved with the right design and installation.

Another progress update on one of our current first-floor extension projects.

Not a bad effort for just over 3 weeks on site.

So far we’ve:

•Removed the existing roof.
• Constructed the new first floor with new floor joists.
•Built the timber frame and all the new studwork.
•Installed the new roof trusses and reinstated the roof, making the property watertight.
•Completed the Cedral cladding.
•Built up the front of the garage.
•Constructed the new upstairs bathroom. Installed all the new windows.
•Completed the upstairs plastering.
•Finished the first fix electrics and plumbing.

The first photo shows where we started, and the second shows where we are today. It’s a great example of what can be achieved in just over three weeks with good planning and a hardworking team.

We’re now moving on to the next stage and look forward to sharing more progress as the project continues.
