This basement flat gave us more grief than the rest of the block put together.
Hidden issues, a few bodge jobs from previous trades, and more than one false start—but we stuck with it. Got control of the job, turned it around, and delivered something the developers are genuinely happy with.

Now it’s nearly wrapped up, and we’re cracking on with the final flat and the communal areas. On the home stretch now.
