Due to continued growth, DH Electrical Ltd are looking for a reliable and organised additional office administrator to join our team.

You will be responsible for ensuring engineers, clients and management are all supported efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day office administration
• Answering incoming phone calls and emails
• Scheduling engineers and supporting daily operations
• Processing job paperwork and certificates
• Raising invoices and assisting with accounts administration
• Maintaining job records and internal systems
• Supporting management with operational tasks
• Liaising with suppliers, clients and external partners
• Assisting with any ad-hoc duties required

About You:

• Previous administration experience (construction or trade background preferred but not essential)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator (both phone and email)
• Comfortable using computers and office systems
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable and trustworthy

The existing setup was extremely oversized and poorly organised, with a separate circuit for almost every room. We upgraded the installation with a new consumer unit, bringing everything in line with current regulations and making the system far more efficient and manageable.

Our team has been carrying out repairs and upgrades to the emergency lighting system at Neptune Square, improving safety across walkways, staircases, entrances, store fronts, the car park and the main intake room.

Works include installing new bulkhead emergency lighting, steel conduit containment, rewiring the circuits, and installing a new RCBO consumer unit with SPD, along with photocell and switching controls.

All systems will be tested and commissioned to ensure full compliance and reliable operation.
