Couple of smaller jobs done this morning..

Bathroom completed today in Pedmore 👌🏻

This was a big one, removed stud wall in between small shower cubicle and bath to open up the room.
All new first fix plumbing, electrics and prep work done.
Installed a shower pump due to the gravity system still in place, which will ensure good pressure while showering.

We installed a walk in shower tray, with mermaid boards and a half tile up throughout the room. With a feature tile on the radiator wall.

5 spotlights fitted on a dimmable switch, with a pir sensor to pick up led lighting under sink. With light up mirror cabinet.

We prepared the floor but our customer had arranged floor installation through company purchased from due to guarantees that come with this specific flooring.. unfortunately he was short on some flooring (the company measured it 😑) so they are going to fit that at a later date..

Apart from that customer was over the moon with the finish.

Interesting one yesterday, customer said occasionally they get a whiff of gas around the hob. Tightness test showed 1/2mb drop on test.
First screw I undone holding the hob, heard a loud hissing. Removed and replace hob for new (in pic) on investigation previous fitter (15-20years) ago had used incorrect screw too long and had gone straight through the bracket into the gas pipe in the hob. And it had been in there for that long 🫣🫣. Wrong fuse in there, and customer lighting hob with a lighter too 🙈

Completed today in Halesowen… with WoodWorks & Water Tight

So me and joe were asked by our customer to make a bathroom for her downstairs. We drew the room out and figure this is what would make it work to fit what she wanted in there without taking over the existing room.

New room built from scratch, plumbing installed, with a new bathroom suite from Bell Plumbing Supplies
Including, panels all the way around, shower enclosure, comfort height toilet, compact sink and unit, towel radiator, with a led mirror to compliment.

Electrics were 1st and 2nd fixed with lighting, mirror feed, and a fan installed.

New gas fire fitted yesterday..

New floor fitted, with all singing all dancing wash and dry Roca W.c installed. Also fitted 4 in 1 boiling water with chiller tap in the kitchen (forgot picture) today in hagley 👌🏻

New bath fitted, with rainfall shower. Panels fitted in shower area and new flooring installed recently in Stourbridge.
Vertical radiator fitted in the lounge 👌🏻

Full heating system completed this week in Halesowen 😀
Old gravity system removed, most the pipework was 8mm microbore full of sludge..

Installed ideal logic max with 10 years warranty, Halo controls.
New radiators
New pipework through out property.

One from last week, we removed bath and installed shower tray with mermaid boards. New LVt flooring fitted to complement 👌🏻
