A day of collaboration, inspiration and looking ahead at adi.

Our annual Senior Management Away Day brought the team together to reflect, share ideas and focus on how we can continue to support our people, strengthen our business and achieve our growth objectives.

We were delighted to hear from guest speaker Jo Salter who brought valuable insights and fresh perspectives to the day.

We also welcomed Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity our Charity Partner of the Year, to share more about their incredible work and the difference we can make together.

From inspiring discussions to our bridge-building team challenge, the day was all about building strong foundations, strengthening relationships and working towards a shared vision for the future.

Car boot sale for a great cause! ❤️

Our adi Group colleagues recently came together to support Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity, donating everything from books and toys to household items for a charity car boot sale.

Our stall was organised by our People & Talent Advisor, Mila Wrzyszcz, who went above and beyond to make it happen – including a 3am start on a Saturday morning!

⚽️ £10,000 raised for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity 💙

Our annual football tournament brought together brilliant teams, plenty of friendly competition and an incredible shared goal.

Thanks to the generosity and support of everyone involved, we're proud to have raised £10,000 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity.

A huge thank you to all the businesses who took part and helped make the event such a success 🙌
