Here we have one of our recent more major projects from start to finish.
The contract required the demolition and removal of multiple areas within and outside of the property to then be able to erect a 6 room 2 Story extension as well as multiple alterations to existing property.
Floor 1 included disabled facilities including a master bedroom and wet room with electric rise and fall bath tub, toilet, basin unit, hoist system and a newly installed wheelchair accessible lift.
Ground floor consisted of a sensory room and carers accommodation with its own private entrance and living facilities.
The existing property alterations included major structural works to allow a larger and more accessible entrance hall , aluminium bi-folds, fully automated door and living/space.
