📸 It’s not all pretty pictures… and this week’s jobs are the perfect example.
A lot of what we do is “invisible” once it’s backfilled and finished, but it’s absolutely essential to everything that goes on above ground.
Recently we’ve:
💦 Carried out a repair to a burst water main, something we’re seeing more often as older iron pipework starts to fail. Depending on the condition, we can locate and repair the leak, or replace the water main entirely.
💦 Helped a popular café in Wimborne where corroded pipework had caused issues. Due to the location and difficulties replacing the existing line, we recommended cutting it off and installing a new main into the building. We prepared the incoming feed and internal pipework ready for the local water authority to connect. All of this whilst keeping disruption to a minimum during the busy summer season.
